Two vases decorated by Clara Pringle with irises on an

 

ivory ground shading to a golden lustre at the base.

 

The use of gold leaf is very unusual as is the lustrous

 

glaze to the inner neck.

 

 

 

 

 

Dresser plaque with specimen plant on a matt, dark blue

 

spray gun background.

Some of these Plaques have no shape or mould number

 

although the shapes were widely used.

running over the dark brown ground has partly

 

disappeared in the kiln.
